Harold B. McCaleb is a seasoned Commercial Real Estate professional, specializing in Retail leasing, sales brokerage, land transactions, and commercial development. Harold’s tenure in the commercial real estate industry has included five and one half years with Retail Properties, Inc. (RPI) in Charleston, SC and a little over three years with Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC).

At RPI and CBC, Harold focused exclusively on clients such as Kimco Realty Corporation and Paine Webber/Pitney Bowes and development companies with leasing responsibility over a portfolio of properties consisting of approximately of 2,500,000 square feet in the Southeast. Reporting to institutional clients and networking with national Tenant representatives through the International Council of Shopping Center Conventions provided a strong knowledge of Retailers, effective marketing strategies and lease negotiation.

Harold graduated from The University of Texas Pan American in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and is an active member of ICSC.
