Mrs. Rogers is the Director of Property Management-MidAtlantic Region for RCG Ventures, LLC. Prior to joining RCG, Mrs. Rogers served as a Property Manager for Branch Properties, LLC, an Atlanta based real estate company with properties throughout the southeast. Mrs. Rogers spent over six years at Branch Properties, LLC and managed over 1,000,000 square feet of anchored retail centers.

Mrs. Rogers was responsible for the overall operation of the properties, landlord and tenant relations, budget preparation and implementation, financial management, and the supervision of contract services. Additionally, she was involved with development, sales, and acquisitions of new assets.

Mrs. Rogers studied at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho in Business Management. She obtained her CSM designation in 2004 through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a CPM Candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
