Ms. Chapman is a Leasing Associate for RCG Ventures, LLC. She assists in the daily operations of maintaining and expanding RCG Ventures leasing portfolio that consists of over 2,600,000 Sq. Ft. Prior to joining RCG, Ms. Chapman worked for a life insurance brokerage company where she focused on creating marketing pieces to target new and returning life insurance agents. Ms. Chapman also interned for the US House of Representatives in Washington DC. She provided administrative support to the congressman and his legislative staff.

Ms. Chapman attended the University of Alabama and graduated in 2007 with a BA in Communications and a minor in Political Science.
