Mr. McMillen is the president and co-founder of RCG Ventures, LLC (RCG), which was established in November, 2003. Prior to forming RCG, he operated and owned MCM Real Estate which acquired over 600,000 square feet of retail space. These acquisitions were valued added assets or properties that required repositioning.

Until that time, Mr. McMillen worked at Regency Realty Corporation, and was responsible for several re-development projects and new developments in the Atlanta MSA. He handled the leasing of approximately 2,000,000 square feet of retail in the Southeast. Additionally, he was involved with due diligence and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Regency, Mr. McMillen worked at Spectrum Realty Advisors, where he represented over a dozen national tenants with their regional tenant representation. Furthermore, he handled over 2,500,000 square feet of third party leasing.

Mr. McMillen attended Vanderbilt and graduated with a BA in Economics. He then attended Terry Graduate School of Business at the University of Georgia. He received his Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate and Corporate Finance.
