Grand Opening of Save-A-Lot in Laurens, SC
December 2010: Laurens, SC - over 550 people showed up for the grand opening of Save A Lot at Laurens Plaza. RCG has recently leased a Big Lots, Tractor Supply and an It's Fashion Metro in the former Wal-Mart box. The center has only one vacant space (8,735 SF) at this time and and an .75 acre outparcel available.

RCG Purchases Retail Center in Union City, GA
August 2010: RCG is pleased to announce the purchase of Shannon Square located in Union City, GA. The 100,002 square foot shopping center is anchored by Farmers Home Furniture, Dollar Tree and Citi Trends. The center is located directly across the street from a Wal-Mart Supercenter that relocated from Shannon Square in 2005.

RCG Sells Two Retail Centers in Southeast
July 2010: RCG Ventures is pleased to announce the sale of Northside Plaza located in Henderson, North Carolina (30 miles north of Raleigh). Northside Plaza has a total square footage of 66,658 and anchor tenants include: Food Lion, Dollar General, Citi Trends and Rent-A-Center. The sale closed in July for the amount of $3,737,500.

June 2010: RCG Ventures is pleased to announce the purchase of Lakeshore Crossing located in Gainesville, Hall County, GA (45 miles north of Atlanta). This 123,948 square foot retail center is anchored by Lowe's Home Improvement. Lakeshore Crossing is co-anchored by Wal-Mart Supercenter and is well positioned in Gainesville's retail hub. Retailers in the immediate market include Target, Lakeshore Mall, Kohl's, Best Buy, Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, Marshall's, Office Max, Publix and PetSmart among others. RCG Welcomes New Employees
June 2010: RCG Ventures is pleased to welcome two new employees, Brandi Abbott and Brittany Stanley. Ms. Abbott joins RCG's Property Accounting team and will oversee accounts payable, cash receipts and other accounting activities involved with the company's growing portfolio of properties. Ms. Stanley joins the RCG team as a Marketing Specialist and will create and update leasing brochures, investment memorandums and other marketing pieces affiliated with RCG's growing portfolio of 51 properties and over 4 million square feet.

This 93,000 square foot shopping center is anchored by Ollie's Bargain Outlet and K&W Cafeterias. The center is adjacent to the Golden East Mall, which is home to Sears, JC Penney, Belk, Books-A-Million, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Ross Dress for Less. Other retailers in the immediate market include Wal-Mart Supercenter, Home Depot, Target and Lowe's Home Improvement.
