RCG Sells Two Retail Centers in SoutheastJuly 2010: RCG Ventures is pleased to announce the sale of Northside Plaza located in Henderson, North Carolina (30 miles north of Raleigh). Northside Plaza has a total square footage of 66,658 and anchor tenants include: Food Lion, Dollar General, Citi Trends and Rent-A-Center. The sale closed in July for the amount of $3,737,500. RCG Purchases Three Retail CentersOctober 2009: RCG Ventures recently purchased three retail centers in the Southeast. Hampton Plaza, located in Clarksville, TN is a 213,164 SF shopping center anchored by Kohl's, HH Gregg, Hancock Fabrics and Books-A-Million. The center was purchased from a private REIT at an undisclosed price. RCG Ventures also purchased Talladega Center, located in Talladega, AL and consists of 43,834 SF and was previously anchored by Kroger. The center was purchased from Cincinnati-based Kroger Co. at an undisclosed price. In addition, RCG closed on Laurens Plaza, a former Wal-Mart consisting of 103,000 SF.
