Mr. Parker Blanchard, VP of Acquisitions


Parker G. Blanchard is Vice President of Acquisitions for RCG Ventures. Prior to working with RCG, Parker was a leading producer with Shane Investment Property Group; a retail investment sales firm located in Atlanta, GA. Most recently, Mr. Blanchard and his team successfully arranged the sale of 50+ retail properties with a value in excess of $200 million across the United States. Mr. Blanchard has exclusively represented some of the shopping center industry's most prolific & well respected developers, private owners, & trusts.

Mr. Blanchard attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a degree in Economics. Mr. Blanchard is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Atlanta’s ICSC NEXT Generation Committee, The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, AYREP, The Council for Quality Growth, and the University of Georgia Alumni Association.
