Rebecca joined RCG Ventures, LLC as a Property Management Associate. Ms. Hurt supports the Property Management Team with day to day operations of a portfolio over 2,000,000 square feet. Ms. Hurt’s responsibilities include ensuring proper billing and timely collection of rental payments and additional charges from all merchants; handling tenant and vendor correspondence to maintain positive working relationships; and coordinating to resolve building maintenance and tenant issues. She also assists with the planning and budgeting of the property expenditures as well as preparing the initial capital bid process.

Prior to joining RCG Ventures, Ms. Hurt worked as a leasing assistant in residential apartment communities in Athens, GA. She specialized in resident retention, focused on leasing apartments to potential residents, and performed business administration duties for the properties.

Ms. Hurt graduated with a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia in 2007, with an emphasis in English.
