Ms. Sarah Aleman joined RCG Ventures, LLC in November 2007 as an Assistant Property Manager. Ms. Aleman supports the Property Management Team with day to day operations of a portfolio over 3,000,000 square feet. Ms. Aleman’s responsibilities include ensuring proper billing and timely collection of rental payments and additional charges from all merchants; handling tenant and vendor correspondence to maintain positive working relationships; coordinating to resolve building maintenance and tenant issues; and travels with the Property Management team to do quarterly site visits. She also assists with the planning and budgeting of the property expenditures as well as preparing the initial capital bid process.

Prior to joining RCG in November 2007, Ms. Aleman served as a Loan Officer Assistant/Jr. Processor for Opteum Mortgage, LLC for 3 ½ years. Prior to joining Opteum Mortgage, LLC Ms. Aleman was an assistant to a mortgage broker at Home America Mortgage.
