Ms. Morris is the Controller for RCG Ventures, LLC. Prior to joining RCG in August 2005, Ms. Morris was the Head of Accounting at Spectrum Cauble Management for over 6 years. Her expert knowledge of accounting software includes MRI DOS, Windows and Net Source, Skyline, CTI and RAISH.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Ms. Morris was employed with Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Property Accountant for 3 regional malls. Ms. Morris' other experience includes 2 years with Heitman Retail Properties as an Accountant and 3 years at the YMCA as an Accountant.

Ms. Morris graduated from the University of Findlay with a BA in Accounting.
